Warning: This recipe is not impressive. It's not pretty. And it's probably not very original. But it's fast. And it's good. And it only has three ingredients. And sometimes when you realize that you decided to move on the worst weekend possible and you have nothing left in your pantry that's just what you need.
Russian Chicken
2 chicken breasts
1 small bottle of Russian salad dressing
1 package of Lipton onion soup dry mix
White rice (optional)
Ok, I know this is going to be tough for you guys, so I took pictures. First, you cut up the chicken into cubes and put them in a pyrex.
Then you cover it with the Russian salad dressing and onion soup dry mix and mix the whole thing up.
Then you put it in the oven at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes. Make some rice while it's cooking.
I challenge you to find something easier and more delicious for my lazy ass to cook. No seriously. If you can think of something, please let me know.
**Update: After a wildly successful *Slow Cooker Satisfaction* week, I decided to try this one in the crock pot. Throw everything in the pot and let it cook for 6-8 hours. It's even better than the original!** Pin It

Mmmmm sounds yummy :) I will have to try this!
ReplyDeleteHere is an awesome recipe:
Rotel Chicken Tacos:
Two boneless chicken breasts (frozen or thawed) place them into a crockpot, pour one can of chicken broth, and one can of Rotel tomatoes/diced chiles, and a packet of taco season packet. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high on 4-5. When finished cooking, shred chicken in crock pot, and serve on taco shells or flour tortillas with cheese, lettuce, and sour cream... (optional) can of black beans to crock... Enjoy!!! TGIF
