Firecracker Grilled Salmon
A large salmon filet
1/2 cup peanut oil
4 tblspns soy sauce
4 tblspns balsamic vinegar
4 tblspns green onions, chopped
3 tsps brown sugar
2 cloves pre-minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp ginger
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
Grab a mixing bowl and throw in everything but the salmon. Wisk it up.
Throw your salmon in a dish and pour the mixture on top.
Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour
(the recipe calls for 4 to 6, but we only did it for an hour and it was fine)
Heat up the grill and toss that deliciousness on there.
Grill for 10 - 20 minutes, depending on how thick it is.
