S'mores Pops {4th of July Recipe Repost}

With the 4th of July coming up tomorrow, I wanted to repost my S'mores Pops
Which were the hit of our bbq last year
(Inspired by this recipe from Whimsical Creations, found on Pinterest)

When they were inhaled on the 4th
I knew I had to share them with you.

S'mores Pops

Ingredients
1 bag of marshmallows
1-2 bags of melting chocolate
Crushed graham crackers
(you can buy them pre-crushed or crush your own)
Lolly pop sticks (get them at Michaels)
Optional: Sprinkles

Not only are these puppies delicious, but they're pretty easy to make too
Much easier than the cake pops

I like to set everything up first.
Get your double broiler going for the chocolate, throw your graham cracker crumbs and/or sprinkles in a bowl and lay out some wax paper on a cookie sheet for the finished product.

Stick a lolly pop stick in each of the marshmallows as far as it will go without sticking out the top.

Melt your chocolate

And then dip each marshmallow into the chocolate
I just dipped enough to cover up the sides, but not to cover the bottom.  I like being able to see the little peep of marshmallow on the bottom.

Tap off the excess chocolate on the side

And immediately roll in graham cracker crumbs (or sprinkles...or both)

Sit on the wax paper to dry.

Do this to each of the marshmallows

Then stick them all in the fridge to dry for at least 10 minutes
And try not to have more than one

Yea
Good luck with that.
