Who I've known for most of my life
Girls who played dolls with me in our little pink bedrooms
Sang songs and made up dances in our backyards
Attended too many of each others birthday parties to count
Who've seen me through my awkward phases
Laughed with me and cried with me
And made up so many inside jokes that we don't really remember the meaning of all of them
Girls who really know my family, because they were practically a part of it
Who I can pick up the phone and call and it's like it hasn't been months since our last conversation
And who I love like we were born as sisters
I guess the whole term *friends forever* takes on a new level of awesome when you've been friends as long as you remember.
